Metro station mini market Markaz mosque Park and public transport is also available. University bus stop for pic and drop are also easily approachable from our hostels.

Rents are different in different categories.

16000, 17000, 18000 each in 3 and 4 seater depends on room category.

18000, 20000, 22000 each in 2 seater depends on room category.

Your security deposit is 100% refundable.
If someone cannot pay their security in one go they can give their security in 2 to 3 installments.

Note:
For AC, heater, air cooler fridge, led there are separate charges which are not included in rents mentioned above.
